First crane appeared at Nowe Tysiąclecie site

First tower crane was mounted at the construction site of „Nowe Tysiąclecie” on Monday. The machinery will help to erect the first of five planned buildings of the housing estate.

By now, the foundations have been partially laid and poured with concrete, also the construction crew erects the underground storeys at present. According to the schedule, the ground level will be reached at the end of June and the building will be topped out in January 2015.

In total, „Nowe Tysiąclecie” will consist of five buildings offering 573 apartments and 12 retail units. The first stage of the undertaking includes one 17-storey building where 149 apartments were designed (from 30 to 128 sq. meters). More than half of the offer include two-room apartments. Prices start at PLN 4 200 per one square meter. The housing units’ sale is based on a closed housing escrow account.

The investment of J.W. Construction is 66% financed from a bank loan which totals PLN 21 mln and is provided by Getin Noble Bank. The developer expects to deliver the first building by the end of November 2015. The estate is being built on Tysiąclecia St.
