Millenium Inwestycje has finished first houses in the southern district of Podlesie. The scheme is called Bażantowo Południe.
The estate is being erected on Mleczna St. on a plot covering approximately 2 hectares. The buildings will be arranged in 12 rows. From 4 to 8 houses will be placed in one row. At first, 14 houses were built. The living surface ranges from 106 to 149 sq. meters. The plots cover the area from 200 to 388 sq. meters per one property. The construction work took 12 months.
Another 14 houses will be delivered by the end of this year. Additional 8 buildings will be done in September 2017. 36 houses have been destined for sale of which 19 is already sold. Prices start from PLN 386 000 including a plot. In total, there will be 73 houses.
