Re-Bau is concluding works on a shell of the first stage of the „Franciszkańskie” housing estate. The scheme is being conducted according to schedule and is expected to be delivered in the second quarter of 2015.
The construction work was commenced over five months ago. Now the building crews finish the works on the last fifth floor of the first stage. Partition walls are also being built on the lower storeys. The apartments area will be ranging from 27 to 80 sq. meters. According to the developer, TDJ Estate, over 30% of the apartments and 25% of commercial premises are already sold, while almost 30% of the apartments have been reserved. Prices start from gross PLN 4 500 per one square meter.
The two 6-storey housing buildings are being erected within the first stage of the undertaking. The facilities will house 95 apartments with balconies, terraces or gardens. The estate is located on Kijowska St. in the Ligota district. Also, the retail area destined for a grocery, pharmacy and a general medical care clinic is planned at the ground floor. Layouts of the commercial units ranges from 50 to 300 sq. meters. 118 parking places will be put at inhabitants disposal.
