The estate is located in the junction of Francuska and Lotnisko streets. It was designed by the architect Wojciech Wojciechowski. The buildings of different size and height are characterized by bright plastering elevation partially covered with graphite panels and finished with natural wood and granite as well as with aluminium railings. The estate is adapted to the needs of disabled people.

236 apartments were delivered within the first stage having the area from 30 to 124 sq. meters. The offer is now 40% sold. Prices start from PLN 5 400 per one square meter. Additionally, an underground car park for 277 vehicles and 222 storage rooms were put at inhabitants disposal. A room for baby carriages and three retail units were also designed in the facilities.

Another three buildings are being built within the second stage of the investment, which is scheduled to be concluded in the first quarter of 2016. The offer includes 256 apartments, 309 parking places in the underground car park and 29 ground parking places.

„Demand for the apartments of the first stage has been increasing along with the progress of construction works. For the last couple of months, the sale has been reaching the level of over 10 apartments per month” – said Ewelina Juroszek, sales director at Atal, a developer of Francuska Park.
