Fitness clubs chain Fabryka Formy joined the list of tenants of Galeria Libero. It is the third shopping center’s tenant confirmed by Echo Investment.

The fitness club will be located at the +2 level of the building and will cover the area of 1 600 sq. meters. The contract between the chain owner and Echo Investment was signed during Shopping Center Forum in Warsaw where the developer was presenting Galeria Libero, among others.
Fabryka Formy was established in 2009 and is headquartered in Poznań. Currently the chain owns nine clubs located in shopping centers in Polish cities.
Apart from Fabryka Formy, the first two confirmed tenants are the Helios cinema chain and the Alma Delicatessen.
Galeria Libero will be built on a 54 000 sq. meters plot in the junction of Kościuszki and Kolejowa streets. The facility will offer a retail and entertainment area of 42 000 sq. meters which will be located on three storeys. Apart from shops and service outlets as well as the Alma supermarket, the shopping center will also include a very extensive entertainment and gastronomy offer which will consist of the 8-screen Helios cinema, snooker club, play area for children, squash and badminton courts, restaurants offering access to a terrace.
The MOFO Architekci architectural studio is the author of the design of Galeria Libero. The investor will soon announce results of a competition concerning the development of a public square which is to be located in front of Galeria Libero.
