The agreement was signed with Tax Care which provides accounting and financial consulting solutions, mostly for small and medium-sized companies. The firm will occupy 565 sq. meters in the Goeppert-Mayer building.

Earlier this year, Kancelaria Porad Finansowo-Księgowych dr Piotr Rojek has moved to the building. The audit and tax advisory law firm has leased 540 sq. meters of office space. The agreement has been concluded thanks to the involvement of Knight Frank, one of the world’s leading independent property consultancies.

As a result of the lettings, Goeppert-Mayer is now 70 percent leased. This facility is the Poland’s first energy-efficient office building using the tri-generation system, which enables to produce the energy by a piston engine and being powered with natural gas. GPP Business Park will consist of four buildings named after the four Nobel prize winners that came from the Upper Silesia: Maria Goeppert-Mayer, Otto Stern, Kurt Alder and Konrad Bloch. It is planned to kick-off the construction work on the second building in the second quarter this year.

The Goeppert-Mayer is located at 33 Konduktorska St. in the area of the Katowice Special Economic Zone.
