Atal published its sales results of 2016. The Cieszyn-based developer sold 2 436 housing units in Poland of which 12 percent were purchased by customers in Katowice.
The company is present in all seven largest agglomerations in Poland. In Katowice, Atal conducts currently only one project called Atal Francuska Park, where 286 apartments were sold last year.
The scheme will consist of nine buildings to be delivered in four stages. There will be 755 apartments in total (if the company does not decide to expand the estate). Atal sold 468 apartments of this housing project since September 2013, when the sale had been inaugurated.
Promotional prices start from PLN 4 700 per one square meter. However, most of the apartments are offered for PLN 5 400 per one square meter. Top floor housing units are sold for PLN 5 600 per one square meter.
The company sold 2 436 apartments over the last twelve months in following cities: Kraków (809), Warszawa (554), Wrocław (500), Katowice (286), Łódź (218), Poznań (58), Trójmiasto (11). It is worth to mention that Atal entered the markets in Poznań and Trójmiasto just last year. The developer has been active much longer in other cities were more projects are conducted (for expample: nine housing estates in Kraków).
