DTZ released a new report on the office market in Poland. One of key findings of the publication says that the highest dynamics of office stock increase at the end of 2014 is expected in Katowice.
According to the analysts, the development pipeline in Katowice amounts to 64 000 sq. meters at present. Approximately another 20 000 sq. meters is scheduled for completion in 2015. The expected percentage growth of office stock at the end of 2014 is estimated at 21%, what is the highest score amongst all cities in Poland.
The modern office space in the City reached 304 854 sq. meters located in 47 office buildings. The vacancy rate stands at the level of 7,2%. The largest existing office complex by size is Green Park, while A4 Business Park is the major office scheme under construction.
