The residential building will be erected by Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. The prime contractor will earn PLN 24,1 million for the contract realization. There will be 141 apartments in the nine-storey building, a ground floor designed for commercial purposes and a one-storey car park situated under the ground. According to the developer, schedule of the project should be known within a few weeks.
Earlier this month, HM Inwest informed about a bank loan, which had been obtained to finance the construction work. The PLN 24,6 million loan has been provided by Alior Bank.
