HM Inwest, operating under Grupa Inwest, is preparing to launch its second housing project in Katowice. The nine-storey building will be erected on Pułaskiego St. close to the Three Ponds Valley. Construction works are expected to be launched this year.
The land on Pułaskiego St. was purchased by HM Inwest from Reinhold Polska in January this year for an undisclosed amount. The construction plot is located east from the „Polski Koks” seat.
„Our company enters the last stage of the project implementation. We hold a valid building permit and a set of detailed design documentation needed to launch the works. Final talks are being conducted with a prime contractor and we are finalizing negotiations concerning a bank loan. It is planned to commence the construction work in the second half of November this year. Also, we will start the apartments sale at that time” – says Piotr Hofman, president of the board of HM Inwest.
There will be 141 apartments with the area ranging from 30 to 100 sq. meters. Almost half of the offer will be composed of two-room apartments (69). All the housing units will have balconies. Service and shop premises were designed at the ground floor. The architectural design of the building was prepared by the „Agawa Architektura Agnieszka Ciołkowska” studio from Warsaw.
Grupa Inwest has been operating on the residential market since 1996. The developer delivered its first housing scheme in the Katowice downtown in the first quarter of 2014. The building houses 28 apartments, retail and office premises located at 17 Opolska St. This month, the company commenced to issue from 0,8 to 1,2 million shares of the „B” series for individual and corporate investors. The funds will be spent to erect new residential buildings and to purchase plots in Warsaw, Katowice and TriCity.
