Holdimex is currently conducting an investment process on Brynów Center I, an office building located on Gawronów St. Despite the facility is still under construction, the developer is already willing to erect the second stage of the office project.
The building would be raised after the completion of Brynów Center I. „Currently we are preparing the project and we gear up to obtain a building permit. We estimate, that approximately 18 000 sq. meters of usable space will be delivered within the second stage” – Arkadiusz Hołda, chairman of Holdimex, told to propertynews.pl.
The first stage of the investment (Brynów Center I) will be delivered in June this year covering the total area of 11 196 sq. meters over 6 storeys (two located under the ground as a car park). Apart from office spaces destined for rent, the building will become a seat of the Science and Technology Park Silesia created by the Katowice School of Technology (WST) in 2011. Brynów Center I is located nearby to other office scheme (Gawronów 22) delivered in 2000 by the same developer.
