Holdimex, Katowice based developer, has commenced a new residential scheme on Wróbli St. A construction work was already started. The two buildings being built within the “Brynów II” housing estate are to be delivered in the last quarter of 2013.
The housing facilities are located within an easy reach to Kościuszki St. and the Kościuszki park. Wróbli St. is situated about 5-10 minutes drive from the “A4” motorway and the City Center.
Holdimex offers about 70 one or two-floor apartments covering an area between 40 and 100 sq. meters. There is a possibility to adapt some spaces of the ground and first floors for offices. The developer also offers intelligent solutions to be implemented in the apartments on demand of inhabitants. The five-storey buildings feature an attic floor and two underground levels designed for a car park for almost 100 vehicles.
Holdimex was established in 1987 and has built about 350 apartments so far. Also the company specializes in developing offices and service facilities.
