Leach & Lang and JLL have been exclusively mandated by Hollybrook to seek buyers for a group of six residential, office and hotel plots located in Central and Southern Poland in a portfolio deal. Two out of the six plots are located in Katowice.
The plots include a site in the very center of Katowice. The land is situated at 30 Sokolska St. Hollybrook has planned there an office development offering approximately 20 000 sq. meters GLA.
The second property is located on Ściegiennego St. opposite the „Dębowe Tarasy” housing estate and is destined for a residential project. A valid building permit has been issued by the City Hall concerning the land. According to the permission, 199 apartments in five buildings can be erected at the plot.
Apart from the two parcels of land in Katowice, the owner wants to sell four other investment plots: in Siemianowice Śląskie (28 ha for a housing development in the Bańgów district), Ustroń (hotel purposes on Wczasowa St.), Cieszyn (housing development on Konopnicka St.) and in Otrębusy near Warsaw (7 ha for a housing project).
Hollybrook wanted to use the land for its residential, office and hotels projects. First plans for Katowice developments were presented in 2008. Finally, after a few year of halting, the British-based company decided to sell the properties.
