Hotele Diament completed the process of takeover of the Stylehotels chain. Number of Hotele Diament’s sleeping accommodation was increased by almost 40% after the merger.
Five new facilities became an integral part of Hotele Diament. The takeover process was finished on the last day of April. Re-branding of the former chain was already implemented and included the name change, public relations activities, information campaigns as well as the implementation of integrated management system and marketing communication. Employees of the former chain were hired by the new owner.
All the five hotels are located in the Katowice agglomeration. These are: Hotel Diament Spodek Katowice***, Hotel Diament Arsenal Palace Katowice/Chorzów ****, Hotel Diament Bella Notte Katowice/Chorzów ***, Hotel Diament Vacanza Siemianowice Śląskie *** and Hotel Diament Stadion Chorzów **. After the takeover, the company manages 14 hotels in Poland offering over two thousand beds in almost one thousand rooms.
