At the beginning of 2012, JHM Development presented its housing project in the Three Ponds Valley and announced to start a construction work in August. Now the company postpones the investment to be started next year.
The developer wanted to deliver 200 apartments in two buildings within the first stage of the scheme. The company postponed the kick-off of works to 2013 with relation to a surplus of apartments that have been built by JHM in other cities and difficulties connected with the sales. According to the daily “Puls Biznesu”, JHM is also postponed two housing developments in two other Polish cities – Łódź and Jastrzębia Góra.
The residential complex is planned on Pułaskiego St. JHM bought the plot last year for PLN 16,94 million.
This would be the third housing development commenced lately in the area of the Three Ponds Valley. 236 apartments in “Mały Staw” and “Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów” (the first stage) are currently being built at the ponds respectively by “Katowicka Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa” and Okam Capital.
