IBM officially announced to open its new Delivery Center in Katowice. The company intends to hire about 2000 people by the end of 2015.
Unofficially, the total worth of the investment is comparable to the project of the same type launched a few years ago in Wrocław.
Opening of the center is planned in August 2013. The new facility will feature cloud computing center of competency and will offer information technology services focusing on service management, security, data storage and business analytics as well as support for IT professional training in universities.
