Okam Capital commenced the sale of the second stage of its Katowice housing estate, „Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów” (House in the Three Ponds Valley).
The second stage will consist of one building where 56 apartments were designed. According to the sale office of Okam Capital, nine apartments have already been reserved. Construction works are scheduled to be launched in spring 2015.
In April this year, the developer delivered the first stage of the housing scheme. The 9-storey building houses 108 apartments, 11 commercial premises, underground parking, storages and a lobby on the ground floor, and was erected by the Hochtief prime contractor. About 60% of the offer was already sold.
The housing scheme was designed by Konior Studio. The estate is located in the Three Ponds Valley at 47 gen. Sikorskiego St. In total, there will be 263 apartments and 362 parking places in the entire complex to be erected in three stages.
