Immofinanz Group officially delivered the third stage of „Dębowe Tarasy” (Oak Terraces) on Friday, 27th of June. The investment value amounted to approximately PLN 90 million.
„The market has been looking forward to the third stage of „Dębowe Tarasy” residential estate due to the sustained demand for high quality middle class apartments in central locations in Katowice. The third stage of the housing project will therefore repeat the success of the first two phases. If the market conditions remain stable, we plan to start the fourth phase of „Dębowe Tarasy” next year” – commented Christian Chini, head of development Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia of Immofinanz Group.
The third stage of the undertaking, which had been started two years ago – in June 2013, comprises the construction of two 5-storey buildings and one 11-storey building with one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments covering the area from 26 to 110 sq. meters. Also, there is a luxurious 213 sq. meters penthouse to buy.
The developer has sold 163 apartments by now. The three buildings of the third stage house 317 apartments in total. All of them have already been given an occupancy permit. The apartments sale is based on the closed escrow accounts.
The estate is monitored and fenced, it features an underground car park, storage rooms, lifts as well as spacious terraces, gardens or balconies. The architecture of „Dębowe Tarasy” is characterised by the cascade arrangement, the buildings are finished with high quality materials, according to the Austrian investor.
The housing estate is located on Johna Baildona St. opposite Silesia City Center.
