Murapol, a residential estate’s developer, is introducing a pilot scheme to sell commercial properties with a guarantee of renting for ten years. Also the company secures a return on investment and provides tenants for rented spaces. The offer concerns selected commercial units of housing estates raised by Murapol.
The promotional programme includes commercial spaces in “Mała Skandynawia”, a housing estate located on Armii Krajowej St. in Katowice. Murapol is currently developing a third stage of this residential scheme. The subjected units comprise areas between 48 and 90 sq. meters.
“We invite to cooperation everyone who has own business idea to be implemented in Katowice. No matter if the business type concerns a grocery store, restaurant, beauty parlour, or the space will be rented out to other firms. We offer a safe investment mostly because of the guarantee of regular rental rate for ten years” – said Mariusz Osiński, Regional Sales Director at Murapol.
It is the first offer of its kind in Poland. The promotional programme is valid to 31st of December of 2011.
