A housing estate of four buildings located on Pułaskiego St. is planned by JHM Development, a developer of residential investments. The estate will consist of 316 apartments for sale – about 200 will be delivered in the first stage of the investment.
The buildings are to be erected within a 1,2 ha plot located by one of the ponds of the Three Ponds Valley (“Dolina Trzech Stawów”). The company bought the land last year for PLN 16,94 million. This residential facilities of five and nine storeys will feature an underground car park and retail spaces.
“The company already submitted a motion to obtain a building permit and we are waiting for the administrative decision. The start of works on the first stage consisting of two buildings with about 200 apartments is planned in August this year” – explains Grzegorz Wierzbicki from JHM Development.
The following two buildings offering 116 apartments are to be delivered within the second stage of the undertaking. The design of the housing estate was prepared by the Arkat architectural studio from Katowice.
JHM Development S.A. is based in Skierniewice, Poland. Since 2008, the firm has delivered terraced houses, single and multi-family buildings in Polish cities of, among others, Skierniewice, Bełchatów, Hel, Rawa Mazowiecka and Żyrardów. This year JHM plans to launch five new residential projects including the one in Katowice.
The company is a subsidiary of Mirbud S.A. which operates as a prime contractor of investments in the Polish construction market. Both companies are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
