J.W. Construction, the largest housing estates’ developer company in Poland, contracted the “Moska i Rachuba” architectural studio from Chorzów to supervise administrative procedures of a new housing project planned by the developer in Katowice.
The residential scheme will be built in the “Tysiąclecia” housing estate on Tysiąclecia St. Number of apartments will total 585 and the complex will cover the area of approximately 27 650 sq. meters. The company prepares to erect two buildings within the first stage of the investment. Start of the construction work is not specified yet.
The draft architectural design of the estate was prepared by the Group Arch studio in 2009. However, J.W. Construction has not presented the project publicly.
The “Tysiąclecia” housing estate is the largest housing development in Katowice where more than 23 thousand people live at present. The residential facilities of J.W. Construction will be located between Tysiąclecia St. and the so called “Kukurydze” buildings.
The company had already invested in Katowice on Bałtycka St. in 2008 where the “Uroczysko” housing estate consisting of three multi-family three-storey buildings was delivered.
