J.W. Construction has finished the first stage of „Nowe Tysiąclecie” after two years of construction works. Now the company waits to obtain a valid building permit.
„Nowe Tysiąclecie” is one the largest new housing estates being built in Katowice at present. There will be 573 apartments in five facilities in total. One 17-storey building and 149 apartments were erected within the first stage. The offer is now 90% sold. Also, the second 17-storey building of „Nowe Tysiąclecie” is under construction, in which 122 apartments are expected to be built by the end of this year, according to the developer.
Prices start from PLN 4 700. Customers can choose from 28 to 128 sq. meters housing units. A three storey underground car park will be put at inhabitants disposal. „Affordable prices enable to qualify part of the offer to be sold within the Apartment for the Youth governmental programme. Additionally, we have prepared a special offer within the second stage of the investment concerning two-room apartments for PLN 206 000” – said Małgorzata Ostrowska, member of the board and director of marketing and sales at J.W. Construction.
J.W. Construction is a developer and prime contractor of the estate. „Nowe Tysiąclecie” is being built on Tysiąclecia St.
