The cultural district, Supersam, the first development of LC Corp in Katowice, „Dębowe Tarasy” and Silesia Business Park – all these investment projects now on photos taken today from the Altus building.
The total amount of the fore-mentioned scheme will approximately exceed the amount of PLN 1,4 billion. Most of the presented projects should be delivered in 2014, while Supersam is scheduled to be opened in 2015. The completion date of Silesia Business Park is still unknown as the developer is struggling to sign the first pre-let agreement for the office space in the first building. Then construction works would be commenced at full swing.
