Katowice in Munich at Expo Real 2010

The 13th International Trade Fair for Commercial Property and Investment Expo Real 2010 started today in Munich, Germany. From 4th to 6th of October the City of Katowice together with the Marshall Office of the Silesian Voivodeship, the Metropolitan Associations of Upper Silesia and five other cities from the Voivodeship (Ruda Śląska, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Wodzisław Śląski, Zawiercie and Częstochowa) will be presenting its investment offer during the trade fair.

The Silesian booth is the biggest among all Polish exhibitors where an official opening of the country’s section took place today gathering, among others, representatives of the Ministry of Economy.

The delegation from the region also includes Opal Real Estate, Rolfe Judd Polska and Euro-Centrum S.A. which is showing its planned project of a passive building – a one of the leading topics of this year’s Expo Real is “green thinking” and economic criteria of this area.

Last year, 1 600 exhibitors meet 21 000 visitors from 73 countries during Expo Real.
