Knight Frank has expanded its portfolio of properties by taking on the management of Griffin Real Estate’s Supersam. This way both companies will continue and expand its cooperation started in November last year.
At that time the agreement covered advice in preparing Supersam for launch and for the operational phase as well as marketing and promotional activities. Now Knight Frank was chosen to manage the shopping center. Grażyna Morawiec-Jóźwicka from Knight Frank’s Retail Asset Management Department, who has over 14 years of experience in the shopping center market segment, was appointed as director of the mall.
Operating across Poland’s commercial property markets for over 24 years, Knight Frank provides consultancy and transaction services to national and international commercial property owners, occupiers, investors and developers. In Poland, Knight Frank deals exclusively with commercial space for rent, property for sale and investments.
The building will be opened for customers on 8th of October this year.
