The CK Modus Sp. z o.o. company, the subsidiary of Energomontaż-Południe SA, has conluded the first stage of the “Książęce” housing estate. It delivered 220 apartments in 22 four-storey buildings. An underground car park for 240 vehicles was put at residents disposal as well. The “Książęce” apartments feature total living area between 43 and 86 sq. meters. Inhabitants of the ground floor will also own garden-plots with the area between 36 and 56 sq. meters. Upstairs apartments offer terraces up to 23 sq.m, winter gardens and 20 sq.m patios on the roof. According to the developer, the housing estate is the only one in southern Poland which is equipped with a modern fiber network called FTTH (Fiber To The Home).
The architectural design was prepared by the AIR Jurkowscy studio. Prices start at PLN 5 300/sq.m. Most of the apartments are still available.
