LC Corp has secured a bank loan financing for the construction work of the Silesia Star’s second stage.
The developer has signed the credit agreement with PKO BP for PLN 63,5 million. The sum is a part of the money to be spent for the investment undertaking. The building is being erected by Budimex at 20 Uniwersytecka St. According to schedule, the second stage will be done by the end of August 2016. One of its tenants will be Mentor Graphics. The company has leased almost 4 600 sq. meters of office space in the building.
It is the second loan agreement signed between LC Corp and PKO BP destined to finance the construction work on Silesia Star. In 2014, PKO BP lent LC Corp PLN 62 million to cover the expenses of works on the first building of the office complex situated at 18 Uniwersytecka St. and delivered in December 2014.
The twin buildings will offer 27 000 sq. meters of leasable space in total.
