Libero 95 percent leased

The leasing department of Echo Investment has singed several new agreements over the last few weeks with brands, which decided to be tenants of Libero. The shopping and entertainment center is being built at the junction of Kościuszki i Kolejowa streets.

One of the most recognizable brands of leather goods on the European market – Wittchen, will open its shop in Libero. This is one of few family-owned Polish companies which have taken the international market by storm. Wittchen offers luxury hand-made products including accessories, handbags, shoes, leather and textile clothing, travel suitcases as well as other fashionable accessories and leather products.

A shop of Triumph – one of the most popular brands offering lingerie – will be opened in Libero as well. Triumph began as a small corset manufacture in southern Germany. It can nowadays boast over 130 years of tradition and a chain of shops which is present all over the world. The Triumph brand was founded in 1886 and it is currently one of the leading lingerie companies. Triumph can nowadays boast its presence in over 120 countries around the world.

The another tenant is Yes. It is a Polish family company with over 30 years of tradition, it has a chain of almost 150 jewellery shops located in shopping centres across the country.

The next brand is New Yorker, which will occupy 1 100 sq. meters on two floors. The company is one of the leaders in the young fashion segment of the European clothing industry. The company employs over 16 000 people, it has over 1 000 shops in 40 countries around the world, 88 of which are located in Poland.

In Greenpoint customers will find stylizations which will work in every situation. Greenpoint is a Polish clothing brand for women, which has been present on the market since 1992.

Libero is being developed at the junction of Kościuszki streets, which are used by over 15 000 vehicles per hour at peak times. The construction of Libero is accompanied by an advanced commercialization process. As much as 95 percent of the building’s area has already been leased. The most important retailers of Libero include brands such as: Piotr i Paweł, Helios, Fabryka Formy, MkBowling, Centrum Medyczne GynCentrum, Media Markt, RTV Euro AGD, iDream, Sony Centre, H&M, Grupa LPP (Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp, House), Forever 21, Guess, Carry, Simple, Gino Rossi, Orsay, Triumph, Calzedonia, Diverse, Lee Wrangler , Big Star, Vistula, Wólczanka, Lancerto, Lavard, CCC, Deichmann, Ochnik, Wojas, Ryłko, Sizeer, Smyk, Douglas, Rossmann, Apteka Europejska, Tous, Pandora, Apart, W.Kruk, Martes Sport, 4F, Puma, Empik, Świat Książki, Home&You, Flying Tiger, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds, Starbucks, North Fish, Bon Apetito, Food&Ball, Sushi Kofuku and others.
