About six months left to open Libero, a shopping and entertainment center of the Echo Investment development company.

The installation and fit out work has begun in the building, new brands have been systematically joining the group of tenants and the developer is preparing for the grand opening. At first the opening was scheduled for the spring this year but it was moved to the third quarter 2018. The shopping center will most likely be opened in the turn of August and September.

“Libero is very highly rated by tenants primarily for its excellent location, great architecture and functional solutions used in the project. Thanks to their trust we can boast of a practically complete, very good, high quality and varied offer a few months before the opening” – says Tomasz Domoń, regional leasing director in Echo Investment’s Shopping Centre Department. “We have managed to gather not only the most recognizable fashion brands but also an unprecedented sports, gastronomic and entertainment offer in Silesia under one roof” – he adds.

“The period before the autumn shopping is a great time to open Libero. Fashion shops will be able to offer new collections at the start. Libero will invite residents of Katowice and Silesia as soon as the third quarter this year and we are convinced that it will convince them to visit the centre frequently. It will be fully leased by then thanks to its great location, well-thought-out design, an experienced developer and a fresh perspective as regards the needs of the region’s inhabitants” – adds Marcin Materny, member of the board and director of Echo Investment’s Shopping Centre Department.

Libero is being developed at the junction of Kościuszki and Kolejowa streets, which are used by over 15 000 vehicles per hour at peak times. The construction of Galeria Libero is accompanied by an advanced commercialization process. The building is now 90 leased. The most important retailers of Libero include brands such as: Piotr i Paweł, Helios, Fabryka Formy, MK Bowling, Media Markt, H&M, the LPP group (Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp, House), Forever 21, Guess, Carry, Orsay, Calzedonia, Diverse, Big Star, Vistula, Lancerto, Lavard, CCC, Deichmann, Wojas, Ryłko, Sizeer, Smyk, Rossmann, Ochnik, Wittchen, Tous, Pandora, Apart, W.Kruk, Martes Sport, 4F, Puma, Empik, Home&You, Flying Tiger, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds, Starbucks, North Fish, Bon Apetito, Food&Ball, Sushi Kofuku and others.
