Liwa Holding considers Katowice for new investment

A restaurant and entertainment center is planned by Liwa Holding on Dworcowa St. The investment would be executed in part of the old railway station’s building, according to the Property News portal.

In Katowice, Liwa Holding owns the five-star Monopol hotel, which is situated opposite the old station. The investor bought the western part of the building. „Together with the French group Ninkasi we are considering the extension and renovation of the property where the restaurant and entertainment center would be created and to be French philosophy and cuisine oriented” – Wiesław Likus, president of Holding Liwa, told the portal.

The investment would be started in 2014 and concluded in 2015 covering the area of several thousand square meters. The estimated cost is PLN 20 million.

Apart from the Katowice Monopol hotel, Liwa Holding owns and manages following hotels: Copernicus, Stary, Pod Różą, Wrocław Monopol and Łódź Grand Hotel.
