The Center Manager will be responsible for the mall’s daily operations, business development, cooperation with tenants and coordination of the administrative team.

“Galeria Katowicka and the railway and bus stations form one of Europe’s largest integrated transport centers. Managing such a project from the start is a great challenge, even more so that I was born and live in downtown Katowice” – says Agnieszka Pyzanowicz-Francke. “Right now we are getting ready to welcome 250 tenants. The first customers will visit us in September” – she adds.

Agnieszka Pyzanowicz-Francke holds a degree in economy and has nine years of professional experience in the shopping center market. She has worked i.a. for Inter Ikea Center Polska, managing Janki retail park close to Warsaw and Bielany retail park in Wrocław. She has also worked at Apsys Management Poland, where her scope of duties was related to Sosnowiec mall, 3 Stawy center in Katowice and Tulipan mall in Łódź.

Galeria Katowicka is located in the inner city center. It is a unique transportation, retail and business center. The retail space amounts to 53 000 sq. meters, hosting over 250 stores and service points. Customers will be leaving their vehicles at an underground two-level parking lot with 1,200 spaces. Galeria Katowicka will be linked directly to the railway station and the underground public bus terminal.

I would like Galeria Katowicka to attract the residents of the city and the region. Its location combined with the presence of the railway station and the bus terminal makes it easily accessible for the residents of Silesia. Thanks to renowned Polish and international brands, we will definitely be an appealing venue” – says Pyzanowicz-Francke.

The project’s investors are Neinver Poland and Meyer Bergman.

Cushman & Wakefield is the sole agent responsible for leasing retail space in Galeria Katowicka.
