Medicover, an international private healthcare organization, leased office spaces in the Atrium building at 54 Graniczna St. The new location of the company is dedicated to a health center.
The new center holds 15 modern examination rooms, separate paediatric section, treatment rooms, samples and tests laboratory, USG room. A total area of the Medicover unit covers 960 sq. meters. The services scope of the center embraces a wide range of consultations and examinations. It is the third center of the company in Katowice.
Medicover serves 6 000 companies and 400 000 people in Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, eastern Germany, Ukraine and Estonia. It employs 3 000 medical staff (5 000 employees in total). Medicover is owned and managed by Medicover Holding S.A., a privately-held company headquartered in Luxemburg.
Atrium is a seven-storey office building offering 12 500 sq. meters of modern office space for lease. There are 170 underground parking spaces for the tenant’s use. Apart from Medicover, the offices have been already leased by, among others, Capgemini, PZU, Deutche Bank, Doosan Babcock Energy, UPC, Tech-Bud.
