Mirbud, a construction company, committed a subcontractor to conduct construction works on the first stage of the „Twoja Dolina” housing estate.
Mirbud is a prime contractor of the project. The company was appointed by JHM Development, a developer which is responsible for the realization of the undertaking. Both firms are being part of Mirbud Group.
Mirbud has chosen Awbud as the subcontractor. According to the agreement published on Thursday, the construction company will erect reinforced concrete structure of an underground car park and two housing facilities. The works are scheduled to be done by 8th of January 2016. The total value of the contract amounts to PLN 10,31 million excluding VAT.
The first stage of „Twoja Dolina” will consist of two facilities: nine- and eight-storey buildings covering the usable area of 11 155 sq. meters. There will be nine commercial premises and 196 apartments of which the area ranges from 19 to 78 sq. meters.
Mirbud was obliged to deliver the first stage by 30th of October 2016. The estate is being raised at 17-19 Pułaskiego St. in the close proximity of the Three Ponds Valley.
