Millenium Inwestycje starts the third stage of realization of Modernist Enclave, a residential project located in the „Bażantowo” housing estate. 36 new apartments will be delivered within the undertaking.
The investor already obtained a valid building permit and plans to kick-off the construction work this month. There will be 12 apartments in each of three five-storey residential facilities. Future inhabitants can choose from 2, 3 or 4-room apartments (from 43 to 95 sq. meters) featuring balconies. Prices start from PLN 245 000 for 2-room apartments. The housing buildings will be equipped with elevators. The ground floor was designed as a car park.
The first building will be delivered in September 2015, the second facility in December the same year and the third one is scheduled to be done in June 2016. The architectural project of the estate’s third stage was prepared by Abis Projekt. The design refers to the modernist buildings of Katowice.
The buildings will be located on Zabłockiego St. in the southern part of „Bażantowo”. A multi-family development as well as the third intelligent building are planned to be built in the area.
