More properties of ERE to be auctioned

Sale of the Eurostar Real Estate’s (ERE) properties is now to be continued. On the 22nd of September 2015, the court enforcement officer to the District Court „Katowice-Wschód” will try to auction off over 5 ha of land located in the so called culture district.

The oral auction will take place in the Monopol hotel at 5 Dworcowa St. The subjected property consists of three undeveloped plots, which cover the area of 50 535 sq. meters and are situated in the area of Ordona, Górna, Nadgórników and Dobrowolskiego streets, north from the new seat of the Silesian Musuem.

According to the estimated value, the property is worth PLN 13,5 million. The initial price at the auction will be amounted to three quarters of the value and totals PLN 10,13 million.

This is the another auction of the ERE’s properties. A plot situated on Wojewódzka St. was sold last year. Also, a perpetual usufruct of properties (the old railway station buildings) located in the very heart of Katowice on Dworcowa St. will be auctioned on the 10th of September this year. The initial price is amounted to PLN 7,48 million.

All the properties are sold by the same court enforcement officer to the District Court „Katowice-Wschód” and are being executed due to enforcement procedures that had been instituted against the company.
