British outdoor retailer Mountain Warehouse opened its store in a historic tenement house at the corner of Stawowa and 3 Maja streets – Katowice’s best high street location.
The newly opened store occupies the area of 403 sq. meters shared over two floors and is the brand’s first regular store in the city. Colliers International represented the tenant in the leasing process.

Mountain Warehouse brand has been present on the market since 1997. It specializes in outdoor clothing, footwear and accessories. The products combine original style with good technical parameters. The wide range of goods includes both sports clothing, hiking and camping gear as well as everyday wear.
