MP Project Invest launched Miłe Zacisze II

MP Project Invest, a special purpose vehicle of Prymus, is now involved in the realization of a housing scheme. The project called Miłe Zacisze II is being conducted on Tunelowa St. in the southern part of Katowice. Construction works are already underway.

MP Project Invest purchased the plot in April this year for net PLN 5 million. The land covers the total area of 30 036 sq. meters and was previously owned by PA Inwest, which had been responsible for the development of Miłe Zacisze I. In August this year, MP Project Invest appointed Inwestdom to conduct the construction works on three stages of Miłe Zacisze II. The contract value amounts to net PLN 43,96 million. The prime contractor is obliged to finish the works by the end of August 2018.

Miłe Zacisze II will consist of 252 apartments located in four-storey buildings (including one underground level designed for garages and storage rooms). The total usable area of the apartments will cover 15 350 sq. meters. Customers can choose from 2- or 3-room housing units (47 – 69 sq. meters). All the apartments will feature a balcony or a terrace. There will be 351 parking places (289 located in the underground garages). The developer announces to start the sale soon.

The housing estate is being built on Tunelowa St. south from Miłe Zacisze I.
