Forest Hill, a subsidiary of TUP, signed an agreement with Murapol concerning the sale of part of investment area located on Bażantów St. Murapol’s new housing project is currently being erected at the plot.
The sale was concluded according to a preliminary contract agreed at the end of December last year.
The residential developer commenced the construction work on the project in the same month. Murapol will raise five buildings in two stages. Four 4-storey buildings are being built within the first stage of the undertaking. Each of the facilities will house 55 apartments covering an area from 25 to 53 sq. meters. The fifth 8-storey building featuring an underground car park is scheduled to be erected in the second stage.
Murapol has purchased the 2,8 ha plot for net PLN 8 million. A partial payment of PLN 2,4 million was already paid. The remaining PLN 5,6 million is to be paid before the end of 2013. The land is located in the north-eastern part of the 5,5 ha property of Forest Hill.
