Murapol S.A. is concluding construction works of its housing estate in the Piotrowice district on Armii Krajowej Street. This snug residential complex called “Mała Skandynawia” offers almost 60 apartments in four-storey buildings with lifts and an underground car park. The apartments feature balconies, terraces or gardens on ground floors. The offer is about 40 percent sold. The investment is scheduled to be delivered by the end of the year.
