Murapol has commenced a construction work on the first building of Murapol Nowy Bażantów. It is a continuation of the successful scheme Murapol Bażantów erected on the opposite side of the same street.
Murapol started to invest on Bażantów St. in late 2012. Now the offer of Murapol Bażantów includes over 900 apartments in 12 buildings. Due to the high demand of buyers, the developer decided to purchase almost 2 hectares of land located between Bażantów and Radockiego streets. The company paid net PLN 6,5 million for the property.
A few weeks ago, ground works were started at the plot. A one 5-storey building with an underground car park is being built in the first stage. It offers 59 apartments ranging between 20 and 51 sq. meters. The construction work is expected to be finished at the beginning of November 2017.
Murapol Nowy Bażantów will consist of 365 apartments in total (approximately 15 000 sq. meters of usable area).
