Murapol has signed a final purchase agreement and now owns a parcel of land located on Bażantów St. The developer acquired the real estate from TUP Property, a subsidiary of Alta.
The company paid PLN 5,23 million (excluding VAT) for the land. The preliminary agreement concerning this plot had been signed between TUP Property and Murapol in September last year. Both parties finalized the contract on Monday this month. The area of the land totals 1,76 ha.
Murapol plans to erect 261 housing units on the subjected plot. The apartments will cover the usable area of 10 900 sq. meters. The investment will be a next stage of the housing project called Murapol Bażnatów. It will be build in the place of an old warehouse and office building, which was situated at the property sold by TUP.
