Murapol still expands its Katowice housing project Murapol Bażantów. Works are now underway on the seventh and eighth buildings. The developer also prepares a construction plot where next four buildings will be erected.
The construction work is highly advanced on the seventh housing facility. The building was topped out, elevation was covered with a plaster coating, doors and windows were mounted. Brick works are also conducted on the second storey of the building number eight. 134 apartments ranging from 25 to 52 sq. meters will be built in these two facilities. The Partner company from Bielsko-Biała, a subsidiary of Murapol, is responsible for the construction work.
The housing estate is located on Bażantów St. in the southern part of the city. Previously, the developer delivered 507 housing units in six buildings. The offer is now almost 96% sold.
The company is also preparing the next stage of the undertaking. Demolition works are being executed on former warehouse and office facilities where four buildings will be located (number from nine to twelve). Building permits were already given for the realization of the four buildings. Developer has not disclosed yet further details about this stage of the investment.
