LC Corp SA invites into a competition for the name of the company’s newest office project being currently erected at 10 Roździeńskiego Av.
Contestants can enter theirs proposals at the contest website www.konkurs.lcc.pl (Polish version only) by 2 p.m. on 18th of October 2013. Then, the jury will choose the best two names for the office development and the winners will be awarded tablets. The final name of the project will depend on a public voting.
The office building is being erected at 10 Roździeńskiego Av. in the heart of the City. It will be located along „Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa” (Inner Relief Road) in the close proximity of the Scientific Information Center and Academic Library as well as opposite the new cultural district. There will be two stages of the construction process. The first one, which is already underway, comprises the development of the „A” building covering 12 710 sq. meters of offices for lease and 1 030 sq. meters of retail spaces. The stage is scheduled to be delivered in the last quarter of 2014. Budimex is a prime contractor of the first stage.
