Atal S.A., a developer of Ligota Park, sold almost two-thirds of all apartments of the housing estate. Delivered late 2010, it had been developed in three stages at the border of Ligota and Brynów districts.
A total offer of Ligota Park consists of eight five-storey buildings offering 416 apartments of which 155 are still available for sale. Prices start from PLN 5 030 and go up to PLN 5 300 per one square meter. The apartments cover an area from 39 to 95 sq. meters.
The project was inspired by the idea of creating the garden city that the Ligota of the 1930s was meant to be. It was designed by the Wojciech Wojciechowski architect. The housing estate is fenced and guarded. Internal areas of Ligota Park are free of car traffic, garages are located under the ground.
