Millenium Inwestycje has launch a new housing scheme in the Bażantowo housing estate. Prices start from PLN 4 700 sq. meters. The offer includes medium-size apartments up to 72 sq. meters.
The new building called „D2” will be located on Pijarska St. in the northern part of the „Enklawa Modernistyczna” housing facilities. Construction works were started last month and are expected to be finished in October 2017. Grzegorz Bryzik’s Abis Projekt from Częstochowa is responsible for the architectural design. It is not the first time when Millenium Inwestycje cooperates with the studio – it was also involved in the designing process of Senior Residence and Bażantowo Cube (being currently erected on Bażantów St.).
The new scheme „D2” will consist of the one 5-storey building, in which 40 apartments were planned. The area ranges between 43-53 sq. meters for two-room flats and 61-72 sq. meters for three room-apartments. Each of the housing units will have a balcony or a garden with terrace.
The prices start from PLN 4 700 per one square meter and are not higher than PLN 4 900.
