The Karoliny housing estate is the newest scheme of Activ Investment to be erected in the district of Bogucice. The developer is about to launch the first stage of the project in the third quarter of this year.
In total, there will be five 5-storey buildings and almost 300 apartments. One underground level as a car park will also be available in the facilities. The estate will be built on Karoliny St.
The first stage includes the construction of one building in which 44 apartments are designed for sale. The housing units area ranges from 26 to 92 sq. meters (from one to four rooms). The developer already opened the reservation process for the first stage apartments. Works are scheduled to be commenced in the third quarter of 2015 and will be finished in the firs quarter of 2017.
