Millenium Inwestycje commenced construction works on its new housing project in „Bażantowo”. Three five-storey buildings will be erected within the stage.
The new project, called „Enklawa Kryształowa” (Crystal Enclave), is addressed to seniors and fully adjusted to their needs. The buildings as well as apartments are characterized by barrier-free design – e.g. there will be no door sills and shower bells.
The main asset of the enclave will be a public space for the inhabitants located at the ground floor and made of a living room, library, playing cards and chess area, and a reception. All these will be linked with a terrace. A green area outside was also designed where a garden with a fountain will be placed.
The one, two or three-room housing units’ area will range from approximately 34 to 73 sq. meters. Prices start from PLN 4 735 per one square meter.
Also, the developer will deliver the fourth stage of the Modernist Enclave („Enklawa Modernistyczna”) this year. Three housing facilities are being under construction, in which 36 apartments are available. The building B4 will be finished in September and the buildings C1 and C2 will be handed over to inhabitants in December.
The “Bażantowo” housing estate is located in the southern part of Katowice.
