New lease agreements for Francuska Office Center

Globe Trade Center S.A. (GTC) has signed lease agreements with four companies that chose office space in Francuska Office Center in Katowice. The new lease contracts total 3 340 sq. meters.

The list of new tenants of Francuska Office Center includes Trac Tec, a producer and supplier of railway infrastructure, that has leased 1 200 sq. meters of office space. GTC has also signed lease agreements with the chain of cardiology and cardio surgery clinics American Heart of Poland (1 000 sq. m), KPMG – one of the Big Four auditors (800 sq. m) and the Arpid legal office (340 sq m). Trac Tec and KPMG have already moved in, while the rest of new tenants will do so in April.

Francuska Office Center is located at 34 Francuska Street and consists of two facilities. The first building in the complex offers nearly 11 000 sq. meters of modern office space (approximately 21 700 sq. meters in both buildings). The underground parking garage offers spaces for about 400 vehicles. The list of other tenants of Francuska Office Center includes: Ruch (accounting services center opened in January this year), Bank Millennium, Nordea Bank, Philips Lighting and Berlitz. The investment holds EU GreenBuilding certification that confirms the fact that it uses about 40% less energy than a typical office building of a similar standard designed and built in accordance with the requirements of Polish law.
