Silesian Bank Center, a leasing and management body of the Chorzowska 50 office building, has signed several new lease agreements. The subjected office spaces were leased by companies of ING Group.
The new offices of Group’s entities will cover a total area of 1 600 sq. meters. Besides, it is planned to take over additional spaces in the building exceeding 600 sq. meters. “Majority of the fore-mentioned office space is occupied by the ING Services Polska (ISP)” – says Jacek Frejlich, chairman of Silesian Bank Center. “Except a small volume of rentable area, currently there is no spare office space available in Chorzowska 50”.

It provides ING Group entities with system resources to maintain customer’s databases and applications by using ISP’s IT infrastructure. Also, ISP offers services related to backup and restore, security administration as well as network connection hosting. It is currently servicing customers from Poland, Central and Western Europe.
