Two new tenants has joined Dąbrówka Shopping Center. One of the present tenants has also extend its lease agreement.
The new tenants are Rainbow Tours, one of the biggest tour operators in Poland established in 1990 and PRO Cosmetic Store. The first tenant occupied 59 sq. meters, while the drugstore will cover the area of 41 sq. meters. Additionally, T-Mobile (64 sq. meters) has extend its lease agreement for the next couple of years.
Dąbrówka Shopping Center is located at 200 Roździeńskiego Av. EPISO 3, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, is an owner of the mall. Balmain Asset Management negotiated the lease agreements on behalf of the owner.
